TI Cycles of India (TII) which is a part of Murugappa Group announced a new brand to lead its electric vehicles business, Montra. The brand is evolving rapidly in its mobility landscape while retaining its value. Montra brand will enter into 3 segments which are last-mile delivery, personal mobility, and last-mile commute.
In the personal mobility segment, TII has launched electric bicycles. The last-mile commute segment is anticipated to be released in Q1 of FY22-23 which is TII’s first venture that will include three-wheel electric autos. The last-mile delivery will introduce three-wheeler electric cargo vehicles. The company plans to enhance the quality of life of people with eco-friendly personal mobility solutions.
