Bijliride, an EV mobility and fleet solutions platform, has reported strong operational expansion over the past five years, scaling from just three scooters in 2021 to a fleet of more than 5,000 electric two-wheelers across India.
The company currently operates in Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru through a tech-enabled hub-and-spoke model. It has recorded over 200,000 app downloads and served more than 30,000 customers and gig workers, positioning itself as a key mobility partner for last-mile and quick-commerce companies including Zepto, Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, BigBasket, Apollo 24/7, Tata 1mg, Shadowfax, Flipkart Minutes, and Amazon Now.
Strong Revenue Growth and Operational Scale
Bijliride reported revenue growth to ₹18 crore in FY2025, up from ₹10 crore in FY2024, with a target of ₹44 crore for the next phase of expansion. The growth is driven by its full-stack technology platform, which integrates rental, fleet, and rider management systems along with 24×7 roadside assistance.
The company has completed over 29,665 battery swaps and 7,064 battery deliveries, supported by partnerships with OEMs such as BGauss, charging providers Bolt.Earth and DeCharge, swapping network operator Indofast Energy (Sun Mobility), and ecosystem partners like T-Hub.
Environmental and Social Impact
The EV fleet has collectively covered over 12.2 crore green kilometres, helping offset approximately 70.3 lakh kg of CO₂ emissions and saving around 30.4 lakh litres of fuel. Riders have reportedly reduced operational costs by ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month compared to petrol vehicles.
Under its “Project Udaan” initiative, the company has enabled large-scale sustainable deliveries across India while also supporting gender inclusion through initiatives such as the “Stree Ride” campaign in collaboration with the Telangana Women Safety Wing and MOWO, aimed at enabling women participation in the delivery workforce.
Expansion Plans
Looking ahead, Bijliride plans to expand into additional Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities, including Chennai and Delhi NCR, by December 2026. The company aims to deploy over 10,000 electric vehicles in partnership with 50+ franchise operators and scale to more than 1,00,000 electric two-wheelers by 2030, targeting 2.5 million users across India.
