VinFast India has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Federal Bank to provide customized inventory financing solutions to its authorised dealer network in India.

Under the partnership, Federal Bank will offer financing solutions designed to help VinFast dealers optimize working capital, maintain vehicle inventory and respond to growing customer demand. The initiative is expected to improve dealers’ operational efficiency and support the expansion of VinFast’s distribution network across the country.

The MoU was signed by Tapan Ghosh, CEO, VinFast Asia, and Kumkum Jain, Additional Senior Vice President, Federal Bank.

VinFast said the partnership will combine Federal Bank’s financial capabilities and nationwide presence with the automaker’s expanding dealer network to strengthen its retail ecosystem and support long-term growth in India’s electric vehicle market.

The collaboration forms part of VinFast’s broader strategy to develop an integrated electric mobility ecosystem in India through partnerships covering vehicle financing, charging infrastructure, after-sales services and retail operations.
