Fresh Bus, an electric inter-city bus startup service has secured Rs. 7.5 crore in a recent funding round.
The funding was led by investors Founder and CEO of CRED, Kunal Shah, Managing Director of TVS Motor, Sudarshan Venu, and Founder and CEO of Rivigo, Deepak Garg.
The funding raised will be used to advance technology development, expand the workforce, and improve operational efficiency for the current electric bus fleet of 20.
Last year in November, Fresh Bus raised Rs. 16 crore in a seed funding round led by an online travel solutions platform, Ixigo.
The company has plans to expand its operation by launching 150 new buses as well as 10 new routes with a target revenue of Rs 20 crore by December 2024.
