BikeWo Green Tech Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Evify Logitech Private Limited to explore the development of a technology and data platform for electric logistics. The proposed platform will combine data acquisition, hardware, artificial intelligence (AI) and real-world electric fleet operations.

Under the collaboration, Evify will contribute its app-based logistics platform and rider data capabilities, while BikeWo plans to develop and deploy hardware-enabled data acquisition systems. The resulting data layer is expected to support applications including fleet management, route optimisation, rider and asset performance, predictive analytics and logistics intelligence.

The companies plan to conduct technology pilots to evaluate data quality, hardware performance, potential use cases and commercial viability. The collaboration could subsequently lead to the development of datasets, AI models, algorithms and other technology solutions for the wider mobility and logistics sector.

As an initial phase, the companies intend to deploy the technology across approximately 500 electric vehicles operating in Evify’s logistics fleet. Subject to successful implementation and mutually agreed commercial arrangements, the deployment could scale to approximately 10,000 electric vehicles over the next three years.

BikeWo said the partnership aligns with its strategy of developing an integrated mobility and logistics platform, with technology and data intelligence connecting vehicles, fleets and logistics operations. The definitive commercial and technical terms will be agreed separately and the proposed scale-up remains subject to factors including financing, vehicle availability and successful completion of the initial phase.
