In a historic moment for American luxury automobiles, Cadillac has delivered the first-ever hand-built CELESTIQ to its owner in a private ceremony held at the General Motors Global Technical Center. This bespoke, all-electric ultra-luxury sedan marks a significant milestone for the brand as it aims to redefine itself as the global benchmark in craftsmanship, innovation, and performance.

The ceremonial handover took place at Cadillac House at Vanderbilt, a state-of-the-art facility designed exclusively for CELESTIQ clients to experience an elite level of personalization. Here, clients work alongside a CELESTIQ concierge and have access to Cadillac designers to co-create a vehicle tailored precisely to their tastes and preferences.

Described as the most technologically advanced Cadillac ever made, the CELESTIQ blends cutting-edge innovation with unmatched refinement. Built around the engineering principle of “Isolated Precision,” the vehicle offers a whisper-quiet ride with razor-sharp handling. It boasts 655 horsepower and 646 lb-ft of torque, accelerating from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.7 seconds under Velocity Max mode.

Every CELESTIQ is individually built to order at the newly established Artisan Center in Warren, Michigan. The starting price begins in the mid-$300,000 range, with final pricing varying based on each client’s bespoke configuration.

This first delivery symbolizes Cadillac’s bold return to the pinnacle of global automotive luxury. Reviving its early 20th-century mantra of being the “Standard of the World,” the CELESTIQ underscores Cadillac’s ambition to lead in the evolving landscape of high-end electric mobility.
