EKA (Pinnacle Mobility Solutions), a prominent electric vehicles and technology company with esteemed equity partners Mitsui Co., Ltd. (Japan) and VDL Groep (Netherlands), is excited to announce the appointment of Mr. Rohit Srivastava as the company’s Chief Growth Officer.
In his new role, Mr. Srivastava will focus on organizational expansion, emphasizing top-line P&L responsibility. His portfolio will encompass sales, marketing, business development, and product management. With a wealth of experience in developing innovative business models and fostering value creation from the ground up, Mr. Srivastava is expected to play a pivotal role in driving EKA Mobility’s growth and success.

Mr. Srivastava brings over three decades of distinguished experience in sales and marketing, having played a crucial role in establishing sustainable businesses. He began his career with TATA Motors and ascended through various esteemed positions within the company. Most recently, he served as the Business Head – Commercial Vehicles Passenger (CVP) at TATA Motors Ltd., where he led the electrification efforts and advanced EV adoption in the public transport sector, including buses, vans, and minivans. An engineer by training and a CII-Fulbright fellow, Mr. Srivastava is renowned for his customer-centric approach, lean thinking, and value chain optimization. His expertise in creating product strategies, setting project QCT objectives, and driving product development, testing, and validation has been instrumental in establishing EV portfolios and tech stacks for EV products.
