Ola has recently patented three new electric bike designs, a significant development following its unveiling of electric bike concepts nine months ago. These new designs are notably more practical and realistic in appearance, with one of the bikes particularly focusing on functionality.
In August 2023, Ola Electric had introduced four concept motorcycles, characterized by unique and unconventional designs unsuitable for mass production. However, the company has now filed patents for three additional electric motorcycles featuring more conventional designs. Notably, one of these motorcycles adopts a commuter-friendly design akin to a standard workhorse motorcycle.
Previously, Ola announced plans to launch its first electric motorcycle in 2024, with a potential unveiling of a working prototype in August of the same year. Upon release, Ola’s electric motorcycles will compete with models like the Revolt RV400, Matter Aera 5000, Tork Kratos, and Oben Rorr.
