Tata Power and Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd. (Tata.ev) have inaugurated two new ultra-fast electric vehicle (EV) charging stations along National Highway 65 (NH 65) in Telangana, strengthening charging infrastructure for intercity travel in South India.

The new charging stations are located at Vivera Junction, Narketpalle, equipped with two 120 kW DC ultra-fast chargers, and 7 Midway Plaza, Suryapet, featuring a 240 kW DC ultra-fast charger with two dispensers. Developed in collaboration with Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd., both facilities are co-branded with Tata.ev to provide a seamless charging experience for EV users.

The charging stations are strategically positioned to support commuters and commercial EV operators travelling between key urban centres, including Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and surrounding industrial and commercial hubs along NH 65.

With the addition of the two new sites, Tata Power now operates more than 150 EV charging points across Telangana, supporting the state’s growing electric mobility ecosystem.

The new facilities are part of the expanding TATA.ev MegaCharger network, a flagship charging initiative of Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd., which now includes over 750 MegaCharging points across major highways and cities in India. Many of these charging hubs are accessible through the Tata Power EZ Charge mobile application.
