Honda Motor Co., Ltd. has announced the launch of its all-new N-ONE e: mini-EV, which will go on sale across Japan. Designed under the concept of an “everyday partner,” the compact electric vehicle promises a WLTC-certified range of 295 km (183 miles), offering reassurance for daily urban and suburban use.

The N-ONE e: combines Honda’s iconic M/M (man maximum, machine minimum) design philosophy with modern EV-specific functions such as vehicle-to-home (V2H) connectivity, external power output up to 1,500W, and single-pedal driving. With a flat battery pack placed under the floor, the EV maintains a spacious cabin for four adults, while ensuring a low center of gravity for stable handling.

Key highlights include:

  • Fast charging in ~30 minutes (up to 80%) and standard charging in 4.5 hours.
  • Two trims – e: G (basic) and e: L (premium with 9-inch display and fast charging).
  • Honda SENSING suite of advanced driver-assist features, including Traffic Jam Assist and Post-Collision Braking.
  • Use of recycled and bio-based materials in components like bumpers, floor mats, and dashboard trims, reflecting Honda’s push for sustainability.

Honda emphasized that the N-ONE e: is aimed at delivering affordable, clean, and practical mobility for daily life while supporting Japan’s broader EV adoption goals.
