Aptera Motors Corp., a developer of solar-powered electric vehicles, has partnered with RepairPal to provide its customers with access to a nationwide network of certified automotive service centers ahead of the company’s anticipated vehicle deliveries.

Under the partnership, Aptera owners will be able to access RepairPal’s network of more than 4,300 certified repair shops across the United States for routine maintenance, general repairs and accessory installation. The collaboration is intended to strengthen Aptera’s after-sales service infrastructure as the company prepares to scale customer deliveries.

RepairPal’s certified network includes repair facilities evaluated for technician expertise, training, equipment, parts quality, customer satisfaction, pricing and warranty standards. More than 200 locations are currently certified to perform high-voltage electric vehicle repairs, while the broader network supports lower-voltage repairs and regular vehicle maintenance.

As part of the agreement, RepairPal Certified Shops will receive Aptera-specific service procedures, and technicians will undergo training to service the company’s solar electric vehicles, enabling standardized maintenance and repair services across the network.

“Our customers deserve to know that when they take delivery of their Aptera, great service is available right in their community,” said Chris Anthony, Co-Chief Executive Officer of Aptera. “RepairPal has built exactly the kind of trusted, certified network we want backing our owners. This partnership is part of how we make the Aptera ownership experience as good as the vehicle itself.”

Kathleen Long, Vice President of Business Operations and Strategy at RepairPal, said the partnership supports the growing electric vehicle market by extending the company’s certified service capabilities to Aptera customers. She added that RepairPal’s network is equipped to provide both routine maintenance and high-voltage repair services for the company’s vehicles.

The partnership forms part of Aptera’s broader strategy to establish a comprehensive ownership ecosystem before the start of commercial vehicle deliveries, providing customers with nationwide service coverage through a direct-to-consumer business model.
