The 2026 Silverado EV Trail Boss rides high with a 2-inch lift, offering 24% more ground clearance than the base EV. Equipped with 35-inch all-terrain tires, red front tow hooks, and a high-approach front fascia, it’s purpose-built for rugged terrain.

Performance shines with up to 725 horsepower and 775 lb-ft of torque when paired with the Max Range battery pack, offering up to 12,500 lbs of towing and 2,100 lbs of payload capacity.

A suite of drive modes enhances its off-road prowess. Terrain mode, exclusive to Trail Boss, sharpens 4-Wheel Steer for low-speed control. Sidewinder mode, carried over from RST trims, enables diagonal movement—ideal for trail crawling or city parking.

“The Silverado EV Trail Boss delivers similar capability expected with other Chevy Trail Bosses,” said Joe Roy, Chief Engineer for Silverado EV. “It’s an impressive truck ready for adventure.”

Chevrolet backs the Trail Boss’s performance with bold aesthetics:

  • Trail Boss-exclusive 18-inch wheels and 35-inch tires
  • Rugged exterior badging and accents
