Abhilaya Launches Electric Vehicle Fleet For Last Mile Delivery In Mumbai

Abhilaya launched an electric vehicle fleet to reduce its carbon footprint and enable sustainable growth in Mumbai for last-mile delivery.

To meet its clients’ last-mile delivery requirements, the firm launched 25 electric two-wheelers in Mumbai. These vehicles were purchased by Abhilaya from Bounce. Bounce offers replaceable batteries which will allow Abhilaya to maintain its high-quality service while maintaining seamless fleet operations.

This is the second city launch for the firm. In November, Abhilaya launched in Bengaluru, an EV fleet consisting of 50 two-wheelers.

Shrikant Nibandhe (Managing Director, One World Logistics Pvt.) commented on the EV launch. Ltd. stated that “We are thrilled to expand our electric vehicle fleet and strive to become a business that grows consistently while reducing carbon footprint.”

Abhilaya currently has an electric two-wheeler fleet in Bengaluru, and Mumbai, and intends to expand its presence in Ahmedabad with a fleet of 20 EVs.

One World Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Total Transport. It provides services for rural delivery, last mile, and rural B2B delivery. It is known as “Abhilaya”, and focuses on last-mile delivery, especially for Jio, Flipkart, and Amazon. The company also aims to collaborate with other e-commerce players at the PAN India level. It provides tech-enabled last-mile delivery solutions to E-commerce, restaurants, FMCG, and Pharma.
