Ola Electric has announced its Holi Mahotsav, introducing festive offers and a significant price revision for its electric motorcycle portfolio. The company revealed that its Roadster range will now start at ₹79,999, bringing electric motorcycles at par with entry-level internal combustion engine (ICE) motorcycles.
The announcement was made on the occasion of Holika Dahan, marking what the company described as a new beginning for India’s electric motorcycle journey.
Roadster Portfolio Pricing
The Roadster X portfolio is now available at:
- 2.5 kWh – ₹79,999
- 3.5 kWh – ₹92,999
- 4.5 kWh – ₹99,999
The Roadster X+ variants are priced at:
- 4.5 kWh – ₹1,09,999
- 9.1 kWh – ₹1,89,000
According to the company, this revised pricing positions electric motorcycles directly alongside popular petrol-powered entry models, accelerating EV adoption in the two-wheeler segment.
Muhurat Mahotsav Festive Offers
As part of the Holi Mahotsav, Ola Electric has launched the Muhurat Mahotsav, offering special limited-time deals available during designated 90-minute “shubh Muhurat” windows across two days. During these windows, customers can access limited units at exclusive Muhurat prices revealed live.
Additionally, customers can avail an 8-year extended warranty on the S1 Pro (3 kWh and 4 kWh) and S1 Pro+ (4 kWh) models during the festive window.
An Ola Electric spokesperson said, “With the Roadster starting at ₹79,999 this Holi, electric motorcycles are no longer a premium alternative—they are the smart default. This pricing puts electric on equal footing with petrol, and from here, the shift only accelerates.”
Benefits for Ola Insiders
The company also extended additional benefits worth ₹5,000 to members of its recently launched Ola Insiders community during the Muhurat window. The program is open to Ola’s existing customer base of over one million users nationwide.
The Ola Insiders program includes:
- Upgrade benefits of up to ₹50,000 for Gen 1 and Gen 2 customers upgrading to the latest Gen 3 S1 portfolio or Roadster motorcycles.
- Add-on benefits of up to ₹20,000 for purchasing an additional Ola vehicle.
- Referral rewards of up to ₹5,000 in Ola credits, with ₹1,000 cashback for referred buyers.
Expanding Gen 3 Portfolio
Ola Electric currently offers an extensive Gen 3 S1 scooter lineup. The premium S1 Pro+ is available in 5.2 kWh and 4 kWh variants, while the S1 Pro comes in 4 kWh and 3 kWh configurations. The company’s mass-market range includes the Gen 3 S1 X+ (4 kWh) and Gen 3 S1 X in 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh options.
