Electrovaya Inc., a leading lithium-ion battery technology company, has announced a fresh order worth approximately US$4.5 million from a major Fortune 100 e-commerce customer. This latest order raises the company’s cumulative demand to over $20 million in fiscal 2025 from the same global client.

The purchase, facilitated through Electrovaya’s OEM sales channel, involves the company’s Infinity battery systems, which are used to power electric material handling vehicles across the customer’s vast network of distribution centers in the U.S. and Canada.

With this latest shipment, the end user will have deployed over 2,800 Infinity battery systems across over 50 distribution centers in three countries spanning two continents,” said Dr. Jeremy Dang, VP of Business Development at Electrovaya.

Electrovaya’s Infinity systems are designed for high-duty-cycle industrial applications, offering exceptional safety, durability, and longevity. The continued adoption reflects the customer’s strong commitment to sustainable logistics.

Dr. Dang added that further orders are under consideration as the customer accelerates its electrification strategy throughout 2025.

As part of its expansion plans, Electrovaya is scaling up manufacturing capacity, including a 135,000-square-foot facility in New York that will support its push toward gigafactory-scale production.
