EvGateway, a leading provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging network solutions, has achieved a major milestone with the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Authorization for its cloud-based EV charging management platform. The achievement marks a significant leap forward in delivering secure, scalable, and federally compliant EV infrastructure across the United States.
The certification, attained in collaboration with Siemens eMobility, allows EvGateway to offer its services directly to federal, state, and local agencies, ensuring robust cybersecurity, operational reliability, and compliance with government standards.
Achieving FedRAMP Authorization is a major step forward for EvGateway and the EV infrastructure sector,” said Daniel Feldman, Head of Siemens eMobility Product Management. “This approval ensures that public entities adopting electric fleets can trust the digital platforms managing their charging infrastructure.
The FedRAMP Authorization process involved an exhaustive evaluation by a certified Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), ensuring EvGateway meets stringent federal security benchmarks. The company will continue to undergo continuous monitoring and reporting to uphold the authorization.
“This is not just a security credential—it’s a commitment,” said Reddy Marri, CEO of EvGateway. “Our platform’s authorization supports the growing electrification of government fleets and facilities, enabling cleaner, smarter public transportation systems.
Already operational at hundreds of sites nationwide—including municipal fleets, transit agencies, and academic campuses—EvGateway now expands its reach to serve federal partners, solidifying its role as a trusted force in national decarbonization efforts.
This designation makes EvGateway one of the very few EV charging network providers authorized to partner directly with U.S. government entities, reflecting its leadership in secure and innovative electric mobility solutions.
