Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer VinFast has officially launched sales of its mini-SUV, the VF 3, at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025. Alongside the debut, the company introduced a groundbreaking free charging policy for all VinFast EVs at V-GREEN charging stations across Indonesia, reinforcing its commitment to affordable, sustainable, and accessible green mobility.
Competitive Pricing & Special Incentives
The VF 3 is priced at 227,650,000 IDR for the battery-included purchase option, making it one of the most competitive offerings in Indonesia’s growing EV market. To encourage early adoption, VinFast is offering a limited-time cash incentive of 7,850,000 IDR for the first 1,000 customers, with deliveries set to begin in April 2025.
Expanding EV Charging Infrastructure with V-GREEN
In a strategic collaboration with V-GREEN, VinFast is eliminating charging expenses for its customers. The free charging policy applies to:
VF 3 owners until March 1, 2028
VF e34 and VF 5 owners until December 31, 2027
To further boost convenience, V-GREEN plans to develop 30,000 VinFast charging portals across Indonesia by the end of 2025, significantly improving access to charging infrastructure and accelerating Indonesia’s shift toward clean energy transportation.
