Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has announced a remarkable 14% increase in wholesale sales for September 2024, totaling 26,847 units compared to 23,590 units during the same period last year. The domestic market accounted for 23,802 units, while exports reached 3,045 units.
This growth is part of TKM’s strong performance in the first half of the Financial Year 2024-2025, with total vehicle deliveries hitting 162,623 units. This figure represents the company’s best-ever performance in India, up from 123,939 units in the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

Mr. Sabari Manohar, Vice President of Sales-Service-Used Car Business at TKM, commented on the encouraging sales figures, stating, “As the festive fervor picks up, footfalls and inquiries are charged up, which makes us positive about a very good festive season. Notably, our SUV, MPV, and small car segments have experienced significant growth nationwide, contributing over 90% to our sales in September.”

To meet the rising demand, TKM has introduced strategic operational improvements, including the implementation of a third shift to optimize the supply chain, particularly for high-demand models, significantly reducing waiting periods. The company has also launched customer-centric programs, such as the 555 Plus program, which offers exciting schemes and benefits like extended warranties, free services, roadside assistance, and attractive exchange offers on key models.
Additionally, TKM has introduced TCare, consolidating multiple value chain offerings under a single brand for enhanced convenience and a hassle-free experience.
