As the 2024 DTM season gears up to celebrate its 40th anniversary, Schubert Motorsport is poised for a compelling start with a home event at the Oschersleben circuit. The team, based at the gates of the Oschersleben headquarters in Germany, is set to field three BMW M4 GT3s for the first time in its history, promising an exhilarating display of racing prowess.

Headlined by DTM champions René Rast, Sheldon van der Linde, and Marco Wittmann, the Schubert Motorsport lineup boasts an impressive track record in the series. With multiple titles and wins under their belts, the trio aims to add to their laurels as they compete in the colors of BMW M Motorsport partners RoboMarkets, Shell, and Schaeffler.

Team Principal Torsten Schubert expressed confidence in the team’s preparations, highlighting the intensive testing conducted at Hockenheim and Oschersleben in the lead-up to the season opener. Despite the challenge of fielding three cars instead of two, Schubert is optimistic about the team’s ability to adapt and perform at their best.
