In a strategic move aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, Omega Seiki, a pioneering name in the electric vehicle industry, has joined forces with ReadyAssist to introduce an unprecedented roadside assistance program for its three-wheelers. This partnership underscores Omega Seiki’s unwavering commitment to ensuring a seamless and dependable experience for its customers.

The Roadside Assistance (RSA) program by ReadyAssist will cover all deployed OSM vehicles in its inaugural year, emphasizing Omega Seiki’s significant investment in customer safety and contentment. This initiative highlights the company’s dedication to exceptional after-sales support and the overall reliability of its electric three-wheelers.

As the collaboration progresses into the second year, a retail subscription plan will be introduced, extending ReadyAssist RSA access to all existing Omega Seiki vehicles. Beyond roadside assistance, the program will encompass support for hub movements through ad-hoc towing services following a garage-to-garage (G2G) model.

Vimal Singh SV, Founder & CEO of ReadyAssist, expressed enthusiasm about this partnership, acknowledging its role in elevating the EV support ecosystem. He emphasized ReadyAssist’s commitment to delivering reliable assistance to OSM customers, contributing to a seamless electric vehicle experience.

Uday Narang, Founder and Chairman of Omega Seiki Private Limited, affirmed the company’s dedication to service excellence, citing a network of 750 strategically positioned touchpoints across the country. He expressed confidence in the collaboration’s ability to elevate after-sales support and set new industry standards in the electric vehicle support ecosystem. Narang highlighted the partnership’s assurance of prompt and efficient assistance, further solidifying their position as leaders in electric mobility.

In addition to the ReadyAssist collaboration, Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) emphasizes service excellence through a robust infrastructure, including Company Owned, Company Operated (COCO) Service Centers, comprehensive dealership service setups, and a proactive on-ground service team of 70 individuals. This comprehensive approach, combined with the partnership with ReadyAssist, establishes OSM as a frontrunner in electric mobility and customer-centric service within the industry.
