Bramble Energy, renowned for its innovative printed circuit board fuel cell (PCBFC), has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the EDAG Group, a globally esteemed independent engineering services provider. This collaboration aims to digitally integrate Bramble’s patented fuel cell technology into EDAG’s electric vehicle (EV) storage platform, heralding a significant stride in sustainable mobility solutions.
The project, christened ‘FC-STORM’, orchestrated between Bramble and EDAG Group, seeks to develop and showcase a design study featuring the seamless integration of Bramble’s hydrogen fuel cell system into EDAG’s adaptable energy platform tailored for passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles.
The focal point of this collaboration revolves around merging Bramble’s PCBFC, known for its adaptability in size and arrangement, into EDAG’s skateboard platform a challenging task due to limited space. The versatility of Bramble’s PCBFC enables customization to meet stringent power requirements within confined spaces, making it an ideal fit for this integration.
Dr. Tom Mason, Bramble Energy’s CEO, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the opportunity to exhibit the manifold advantages of their fuel cell technology.
