Tork Motors, a manufacturer of electric motorcycles, has opened its first service centre in Pune. It covers 1.000 square feet and is located in Chinchwad, Pune. This will serve Kratos as well as Kras-R owners living in and around the area.
Tork Motors has sold 355 units and it recently announced plans for a new electric motorcycle and a revised Kratos at the Auto Expo 2023.
The facility features a comfortable customer lounge, a separate motorcycle washing area, and three motorcycle lifts. There are also trained professionals who can handle electric motorcycles.
Kapil Shelke is the founder and CEO of Tork Motors. He said that “Since we commenced booking, to the delivery of Kratos-R and Kratos to the deliveries, we have received positive responses to our motorcycle. Now we are ready to move on to the next phase of the journey. Our focus will be solely on satisfying the after-sales needs of existing customers. This dedicated service center will make it easy to own an electric motorcycle and make them a preferred mode of transportation in the country.”
The company opened its first-ever experience centre in Pune earlier last month. It plans to expand the model to other tier-I cities before the end of FY2023. Tork Motors currently delivers electric motorcycles to Pune, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Soon, deliveries will be made in other markets.
