AI-powered fleet safety technology company Netradyne has announced the acquisition of Moove Connected Mobility, a European fleet intelligence and connected mobility provider, in a move aimed at strengthening its presence across key European markets.

The acquisition marks a major step in Netradyne’s global growth strategy and reinforces Europe’s importance as a core region for the company’s long-term expansion plans. By integrating Moove’s regional expertise and customer network with Netradyne’s AI-powered edge intelligence platform, the company aims to build a stronger operational foundation for serving enterprise fleet customers throughout Europe.

Following the deal, Moove will operate under Netradyne Europe and serve as the company’s regional hub for sales, customer engagement, partnerships, and market development. The combined organization is expected to accelerate Netradyne’s growth across the continent while maintaining close collaboration with customers, regulators, and industry partners.

“Europe is a critical pillar of our global strategy,” said Avneesh Agrawal. “This acquisition reflects a clear commitment to building long-term presence, leadership, and trust in the region. By bringing together Moove’s local expertise and relationships with Netradyne’s AI platform, we are uniquely positioned to support European fleets at scale while staying deeply anchored in the region.”

He will oversee the company’s European go-to-market strategy, regional partnerships, and customer success initiatives.

The acquisition strengthens Netradyne’s ability to deliver intelligent fleet management solutions designed to improve driver safety, boost operational efficiency, and provide actionable fleet insights. It also enhances the company’s capacity to support multinational customers seeking a unified AI-powered fleet platform across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Netradyne said the move aligns with its broader mission of building a globally connected AI company with strong regional expertise, local accountability, and long-term investment in the markets it serves.
