Odysse Electric Vehicles, one of India’s fastest-growing premium electric vehicle manufacturers, has announced the launch of its latest high-speed electric scooter, the Odysse SUN. Designed for modern commuters seeking performance, comfort, and smart features, the SUN combines advanced engineering with a refined, sporty design.
The scooter is powered by a 2500W peak motor and offers a top speed of 70 km/h. It is available in two variants – delivering a range of approximately 85 km (1.95 kWh) and 130 km (2.90 kWh) on a single charge. Both battery options are AIS 156 approved and can be fully charged in 4 to 4.5 hours.
Equipped with three transmission modes – Drive, Parking, and Reverse – the SUN also features telescopic front suspension, front and rear disc brakes, hydraulic multi-level adjustable shock absorbers, a digital meter, LED lighting, keyless start-stop, and a 32-litre under-seat storage compartment.
According to Nemin Vora, CEO of Odysse Electric Vehicles, the SUN is part of the company’s vision to accelerate high-speed EV adoption in India. “SUN is engineered to offer unmatched ride comfort for daily commutes and long city hauls while combining style, practicality, and sustainability,” he said.
The Odysse SUN is available in four colours – Patina Green, Gunmetal Grey, Phantom Black, and Ice Blue – and is priced at ₹81,000 (1.95 kWh) and ₹91,000 (2.90 kWh), ex-showroom. Bookings are open online and through the company’s dealership network.
