Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer VinFast has announced a strategic partnership with PT Penta Artha Impressi, widely known as Bengkel BOS, to enhance after-sales services and customer experience in Indonesia. This move marks a significant step in VinFast’s ongoing efforts to expand its footprint in the country’s growing electric vehicle (EV) market.
Under the agreement, 12 Bengkel BOS service workshops across key regions—including South Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, Tangerang, and Yogyakarta—will be officially authorized to provide repair, maintenance, and warranty services for VinFast EV models. These centers will operate under VinFast’s rigorous quality standards and technical procedures, ensuring a seamless experience for EV owners.
In addition to servicing, Bengkel BOS will distribute genuine VinFast parts and components, further ensuring the availability of reliable, high-quality products aligned with the automaker’s global benchmarks.
Highlighting the strategic nature of the collaboration, VinFast will offer continuous training and technical advisory support to Bengkel BOS personnel, preparing the network to handle a growing volume of electric vehicles as deliveries scale up across Indonesia.

VinFast currently offers a wide range of electric vehicles, from the compact VF 3 and VF 5 models to the C-segment SUV VF e34. Alongside product expansion, the company continues to grow its dealership and service workshop network nationwide, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable mobility.
In tandem with this partnership, VinFast is also building a green mobility ecosystem through collaborations with industry leaders such as all-electric taxi operator GSM and charging infrastructure firm V-GREEN, aiming to accelerate EV adoption across Southeast Asia.
