During the first phase, which concluded in March, JYM serviced over 6250 Jawa motorcycles across 36 dealerships in India. Building upon this success, the upcoming phase will see JYM venturing beyond metros, targeting 32 tier-II and tier-III cities nationwide.
Under the visionary leadership of CEO Mr. Ashish Singh Joshi, JYM’s Mega Service Camps offer owners of 2019-2020 Jawa motorcycles a comprehensive vehicle health check-up and the opportunity for free replacement of select parts, irrespective of warranty status. Partnering with leading original equipment suppliers like Motul, Amaron, and Ceat Tyres, Jawa aims to deliver top-notch service quality. Additionally, free extended warranties will be provided based on each motorcycle’s health assessment results, further solidifying JYM’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
In a strategic move to enhance the ownership experience, a dedicated zone will be set up for owners interested in upgrading their motorcycles, allowing them to assess exchange values conveniently.
The phase-two service camps will span across cities such as Jalandhar, Nagpur, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, Dehradun, Faridabad, and more. Owners of 2019-2020 Jawa Motorcycles are encouraged to contact their nearest brand dealerships and reserve slots to ensure their motorcycles receive top-notch care and experience firsthand JYM’s dedication to customer satisfaction.
