Ultraviolette Automotive has introduced a groundbreaking warranty program for the battery and drivetrain of its F77 performance electric motorcycle. The new extended warranty, available in three packages – UV Care, UV Care+, and UV Care Max – offers global coverage of up to 800,000 km, a first in the industry. Under this initiative, the warranty period has been doubled for the former two packs and increased eightfold for the top version.

The standard vehicle warranty for the Ultraviolette F77 remains unchanged at 3 years or 30,000 km. However, the battery and drivetrain warranty have been significantly enhanced. The UV Care package now provides coverage of 60,000 km for three years, while UV Care+ offers 100,000 km for five years. The UV Care Max package boasts an impressive 800,000 km/8 years coverage. Both UV Care and UV Care+ are available for the Original and Recon variants, while UV Care Max is exclusively offered for the F77 Recon variant.

Ultraviolette credits the new warranty structure to extensive testing conducted on the F77. Notably, one of its test motorcycles traveled over 100,000 km while retaining over 95% of its original rated capacity. Additionally, during recent ARAI testing, the same motorcycle demonstrated an impressive IDC range of 304 km on a single charge, only slightly lower than the claim of 307 km on a new bike.
