VinFast Auto made a significant impact at the Bangkok International Motor Show (BIMS) 2024 by unveiling a wide array of green mobility solutions tailored for Southeast Asia’s leading auto market. The Vietnamese automaker showcased its commitment to sustainable transportation with the introduction of electric scooters, cars, and the much-anticipated electric pickup truck concept, VF Wild.
At the event, VinFast showcased an impressive lineup of vehicles, including the mini-SUV VF 3 and a range of SUVs spanning from A-SUV to E-SUV segments, namely VF 5, VF e34, VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9. Of particular interest was the VF Wild, an electric pickup truck concept that initially gained global attention at CES 2024. Tailored specifically for the Thai market, VinFast presented right-hand drive (RHD) versions of several models to cater to local preferences.
In addition to electric vehicles, VinFast exhibited its full range of electric scooters, offering options from entry-level to premium, such as Evo200, Evo200 Lite, Feliz S, Klara S, Vento S, and Theon S.
VinFast’s commitment to sustainable mobility extends beyond vehicle offerings. The company introduced an industry-leading after-sales policy aimed at making green mobility more accessible to Thai customers. Under this policy, VinFast’s electric vehicles will be covered by an extensive 7-10 year or 160,000-200,000 km warranty, with an additional 8-10 year warranty for the battery, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
Furthermore, VinFast’s “customer-centric” philosophy was emphasized through its extensive dealership network and supporting services, surpassing prevailing standards in the Thai market. The company offers flexible sales policies, such as the battery subscription program for electric cars, aimed at providing a worry-free ownership experience for customers.
VinFast’s participation at BIMS 2024 not only showcased its global manufacturing capability but also underscored its dedication to meeting the diverse demand for sustainable mobility solutions in the region.
