TPNODL or Tata Power Northern Odisha Distribution Limited, a Tata Power joint venture has launched its green initiative programme. They plan to use electric vehicles in project executions. Pure EV provided the eTryst 350, their premium electric motorcycle for this initiative. The electric motorcycle, which was launched in August 2022, is powered by a 3.5 kWh certified battery pack. It claims to be capable of a range of 130 kilometers on a single charge and a top speed of 85 kmph.

Rohit Vadera (Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pure EV) said that “TPNODL selected Pure EV as a partner in their green initiative campaign. We are grateful to KK Trading, Bhubaneswar, our Odisha dealer for their help in securing this order.”

“This is a significant moment for the company. It instills faith and confidence in our future vision. We’ve been focusing on the B2C market, but this initiative will allow us to expand into the B2B segment. He adds that ecoDryft’s recently launched commuter electric motorcycle ecoDryft has received over 10,000 bookings from individuals as well as institutions, delivery agencies, and government bodies.”

Pure EV is expanding its product range through its 130+ exclusive dealers across India. Pure EV plans to expand its presence in 300 more cities by 2023.
