Statiq signs a deal with Zoomcar, allowing electric vehicle owners and hosts to share their income with guests on Zoomcar.

Statiq released a press release stating that the Delhi NCR region would serve as a pilot area for the agreement. This would then be followed by expansions to Mumbai and Bangalore among other places.

Statiq CEO and co-founder Akshit Bansal noted that this collaboration will give the needed impetus for the EV charging ecosystem.

He said that it will also increase the popularity of EVs even within non-EV owners and foster a culture of clean mobility.

He said, “As we establish more and more fast charging stations across the country,” adding that range anxiety for EV users will be a thing of the distant future.

Greg Moran, CEO, and Co-Founder of Zoomcar said that he is confident that the partnership will offer both host and guest customers a seamless EV-sharing experience.
