BorgWarner Installs it’s Fast Charging Stations in Italy

BorgWarner’s Iperion-120 fast-charging station has been installed by Route220 in Italy. They are now ready to assist electric vehicle drivers on their journeys through Italy. Direct current (DC), offers many benefits to users and operators. It is fast-charging, simple-to-use, compatible, versatile, and long-lasting.

The Iperion-120 is a superior product in terms of efficiency. It can charge one vehicle at 120 kW very quickly or two at 60 kW each. The Iperion-120 can provide 800 volts of power for BEVs as well as future generation batteries with an output voltage of up 900 volts. The interface is highly customizable and intuitive, with easy access to all functions. Smart load management allows for optimal charging, even when another vehicle is needed.

The solution is compatible with all European standard charging protocols and different plug configurations.
