Kia India inaugurates its fourth training centre in the country which is spread across a 10,000 sq ft facility in Budge Budge, Kolkata. The training centre will provide both technical and soft skill training with EV repair and body & paint training.
The centre is completed digitised and also has virtual training for its dealerships. Chief Sales Officer of Kia India, Myung-sik Sohn said that training and development have always been a key focus of the company.
“The new facility will offer easy access to our dealer personnel from East and Northeast regions, who used to come to Faridabad earlier for their training,” Sohn added.
Kia already has three training centres covering a total of 25,000 sq ft area across Faridabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. As of now, the company has trained around 10,000 personnel.
