Bengaluru-based electric motorcycle manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive has announced a strategic partnership with Elektrorider, appointing the company as its official importer and distributor across Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia, and Czechia. The alliance marks another significant milestone in Ultraviolette’s global expansion journey, taking its presence to 18 European countries.

As part of the partnership, Ultraviolette will introduce its flagship high-performance electric motorcycles — the F77 MACH 2 and F77 SuperStreet — across the Central and Eastern European markets. The collaboration is aimed at strengthening the company’s “Make in India, for the World” vision while tapping into the region’s strong motorcycling culture.

Commenting on the development, Narayan Subramaniam, CEO and Co-founder of Ultraviolette, said the response to the F77 in Europe has been highly encouraging. He noted that riders across key markets have embraced the company’s vision of performance electric mobility.

“Expanding into Hungary and the Central and Eastern European region marks a significant milestone in our journey. The F77, with its bold design, advanced technology, and exhilarating performance, is expected to resonate strongly with riders seeking a new generation of motorcycling experiences,” he said.

Subramaniam added that Elektrorider’s deep market expertise and established distribution network would help deliver a seamless ownership experience, from test rides to after-sales support.

Elektrorider Chief Operating Officer Attila Pavuk described the partnership as the beginning of a new era in electric motorcycling across the region.

“The F77 combines performance, technology, design, and emotion in a truly unique way. Our teams are fully trained in sales, technical support, and after-sales service, and we are ready to support customers through every stage of ownership,” Pavuk said.

Ultraviolette announced introductory pricing for the motorcycles across the new markets. The F77 MACH 2 RECON (Turbo Red) will be priced at HUF 3,499,000 in Hungary, RON 45,899 in Romania, and €8,990 across Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Czechia.

Meanwhile, the F77 SuperStreet RECON (Turbo Red) will retail at HUF 3,599,000 in Hungary, RON 47,399 in Romania, and €9,290 in Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Czechia.

Founded in 2016 by Narayan Subramaniam and Niraj Rajmohan, Ultraviolette specializes in advanced electric vehicle platforms and battery technology. Backed by investors including Lingotto, TDK Ventures, Qualcomm Ventures, Zoho Corporation, TVS Motor, and Speciale Invest, the company recently became the first Indian electric motorcycle manufacturer to secure European certification for its motorcycles.
