AI-enabled corporate mobility solutions provider RouteMatic has entered into a strategic partnership with Green SM, a global all-electric mobility brand from Vietnam, to accelerate the adoption of sustainable transportation solutions for businesses in India.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed during Green SM’s official launch in New Delhi, marking a significant step toward advancing green mobility in India’s rapidly evolving transportation sector.
Under the agreement, RouteMatic will integrate Green SM’s electric vehicles into its corporate fleet operations, enabling enterprises to access fully electric, technology-driven transportation solutions for employee commuting while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
The collaboration strengthens RouteMatic’s long-term commitment to sustainable mobility and supports growing enterprise demand for environmentally responsible transportation aligned with ESG and carbon reduction goals.
According to RouteMatic, its EV operations in Bengaluru and Pune have already demonstrated substantial environmental benefits. The deployment of over 400 electric vehicles has helped enterprises avoid nearly 15.7 lakh litres of fuel consumption annually. The company currently operates corporate EV fleets across major business hubs, including Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Delhi-NCR.

Green SM India CEO Bach Tuan Anh said the partnership combines Green SM’s expertise in all-electric fleet operations with RouteMatic’s deep understanding of corporate mobility needs. “Building green mobility is not only about introducing electric vehicles but also about working with partners who understand the daily movement needs of businesses, employees, and cities,” he said.
Green SM officially commenced operations in India on June 5, 2026, with Delhi-NCR as its first market. The company offers services through the all-electric 7-seater VinFast Limo Green SUV, supported by trained drivers and established fleet management practices.
By integrating Green SM’s EV fleet with RouteMatic’s AI-powered transportation platform, route optimization capabilities, and operational expertise, the partnership aims to deliver efficient and sustainable mobility solutions for corporate customers.
As India’s corporate mobility sector evolves amid expanding business hubs, the growth of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and increasing sustainability priorities, the two companies aim to support the country’s broader goals of fleet electrification and achieving net-zero emissions.
