Mobec Innovations Elevates Leadership Team, Expands Focus on EV Charging and Battery Recycling Solutions

Mobec Innovations has announced the elevation of Gautam Singh and Satyabrat Shukla as Co-Founders, joining Founder and CEO Harry Bajaj in leading the company’s next phase of growth in electric mobility and energy storage solutions.

As part of the leadership restructuring, Gautam Singh will oversee research and development along with day-to-day operations at Mobec’s manufacturing facilities, with a focus on advancing battery recycling technologies and improving process efficiencies. Satyabrat Shukla will lead sales, marketing, and customer relations, driving client engagement across the company’s expanding portfolio.

Announcing the development, Founder and CEO Harry Bajaj said the two leaders have been instrumental in Mobec’s growth, contributing to product design, development, and deployment from concept to execution. He added that their expanded roles will strengthen the company’s capabilities in EV charging, battery recycling, and reuse.

Mobec Innovations operates across mobile EV charging, energy storage systems, and battery recycling services. The company offers portable DC fast-charging solutions ranging from 5 kW to 60 kW, designed for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles, and fleet operators. Users can schedule charging through a mobile application, enabling on-demand and location-based charging services.

In its battery recycling vertical, the company operates a dedicated facility focused on recovering critical minerals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, copper, aluminium, graphite, and manganese from end-of-life batteries. The recovered materials are processed through advanced techniques, including black mass extraction, and reintegrated into industrial supply chains, supporting circular economy practices.

The company also refurbishes used batteries for deployment in home and commercial energy storage applications after testing and upgrading, aiming to reduce waste and improve resource efficiency.

In their expanded roles, the newly appointed Co-Founders said they remain committed to building AI-enabled energy solutions and advancing India’s electric mobility ecosystem. They also highlighted plans to expand next-generation portable energy systems and strengthen Mobec’s position in battery recycling and mobile charging infrastructure.

Mobec Innovations stated that it plans to scale its mobile EV charging network across major Indian cities while further developing its battery recycling ecosystem to support sustainable energy adoption and circular resource utilization.
