TVS Motor Company Reports 31% Sales Surge in February 2026, EV Sales Jump 60%

TVS Motor Company reported a robust 31% year-on-year growth in total sales for February 2026, recording 5,29,308 units compared to 4,03,976 units in the same month last year.

Strong Growth in Two-Wheeler Segment

Total two-wheeler sales rose 30% to 5,07,862 units in February 2026 from 3,91,889 units in February 2025. Domestic two-wheeler sales grew 32%, increasing to 3,65,471 units from 2,76,072 units in the corresponding period last year.

Motorcycle sales registered a 25% growth, rising to 2,41,282 units from 1,92,960 units. Scooter sales outperformed with a 34% increase, reaching 2,19,895 units compared to 1,64,415 units in February 2025.

EV Sales Soar 60%

The company’s electric vehicle (EV) segment recorded a significant 60% growth, with sales climbing to 38,386 units from 24,017 units in February 2025. The strong momentum in EV sales highlights TVS Motor’s expanding footprint in the sustainable mobility space.

International Business Hits Record High

TVS Motor’s international business posted its highest-ever February sales, with total exports growing 27% to 1,58,268 units, up from 1,24,993 units a year ago. Two-wheeler exports increased 23%, reaching 1,42,391 units compared to 1,15,817 units in February 2025.

Three-Wheeler Segment Records 77% Growth

The three-wheeler segment witnessed a sharp 77% surge in sales, rising to 21,446 units from 12,087 units in the same month last year, reflecting strong demand across domestic and export markets.
