After a 26-year absence, Mercedes-AMG is making its highly anticipated return to the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans, teaming up with Customer Racing Team Iron Lynx for the 2025 edition of the endurance classic. From June 11 to 15, three Mercedes-AMG LMGT3 cars will take to the grid at Circuit de la Sarthe, marking a significant milestone in the brand’s motorsport legacy.

A Historic Tribute in Modern Form
To commemorate the occasion, all three entries will feature a special livery inspired by the iconic Sauber-Mercedes C9 that secured a historic 1-2 finish in 1989. The design pays homage to the Silver Arrows that claimed victory with cars #63 and #61—driven in part by the late Jochen Mass, whose legacy will be honored throughout the weekend.

Driver Lineups and Entries
Mercedes-AMG’s presence at Le Mans will include two full-season entries in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) LMGT3 class, along with one car qualified via the European Le Mans Series (ELMS):
