MINI has unveiled an exciting expansion of its high-performance John Cooper Works (JCW) lineup, introducing two fully electric models for the first time in its history. The MINI John Cooper Works Electric and MINI John Cooper Works Aceman bring sustainable performance to the forefront, complementing the brand’s legacy of thrilling driving experiences.
Electric Powerhouses Enter the Scene
The fully electric MINI JCW models combine advanced technology with the iconic go-kart feel. The MINI John Cooper Works Electric boasts a WLTP range of up to 371 kilometers, while the Aceman offers up to 355 kilometers on a single charge. With a system output of up to 190 kW (258 hp) and 350 Nm of torque, both vehicles also feature an electric boost function, delivering an additional 20 kW for dynamic acceleration.
A New Chapter in Motorsport-Inspired Design
Both electric models emphasize MINI’s motorsport heritage with exclusive design details, including a red-white-black JCW logo, aerodynamic enhancements, and a JCW-specific Multitone Roof. Standard high-performance tires and finely tuned suspension maximize agility, ensuring the signature MINI driving experience.
Legendary Performance Continues with Internal Combustion Models
The lineup retains its high-performance internal combustion models, including the MINI John Cooper Works and the John Cooper Works Convertible. These vehicles are powered by a TwinPower Turbo engine, delivering 231 hp and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in just over six seconds. The MINI John Cooper Works Countryman ALL4, with its 300 hp engine and all-wheel drive, caters to enthusiasts seeking off-road adventures.
