Ford has opened order banks for the 2025 Super Duty—the latest iteration of America’s top heavy-duty truck. Building on its legacy as the 2024 North American Truck of the Year, the 2025 Super Duty introduces advanced features, eye-catching design updates, and best-in-class power, solidifying its position as the go-to choice for professionals.

“We’ve refined everything customers love about Super Duty for 2025—adding new design options, simplifying trailering, and integrating user-friendly tech for upfitters—all while maintaining class-leading power and towing,” said Brian Rathsburg, Super Duty marketing manager at Ford Pro.

Tech-Powered Towing and Connectivity

The 2025 Super Duty introduces cutting-edge technology to make trailering and vehicle integration seamless. New trailer tech bundles, including options like auxiliary cameras, individual trailer tire pressure monitoring, and BLIS with trailer coverage, enhance towing visibility and safety. The optional Ford Pro Vehicle Integration System 2.0, standard on Super Duty Chassis Cabs, simplifies third-party upfits by making it easy to integrate custom safety controls.

Fleet managers also gain a competitive edge with Ford Pro’s telematics suite, offering real-time data on vehicle performance, driver behavior, and the ability to remotely secure fleet vehicles via the Fleet Start Inhibit system.

Revamped Design and Luxury Features

The 2025 Super Duty expands its lineup with new appearance packages and upscale interior choices. The Platinum Plus Package offers a striking satin-finish grille, exclusive Smoked Truffle interior, Venetian leather seating, and class-exclusive 2kW Pro Power Onboard for added versatility. New exterior colors, Avalanche and Ruby Red Metallic, provide fresh styling options for all trims.

Meanwhile, the Platinum trim gets a sleek overhaul with a black grille and tailgate applique, while the Lariat trim features durable ActiveX seating, designed for rugged, everyday use.

Best-in-Class Power and Performance

Ford’s powerhouse engines return for 2025, offering best-in-class specs that cater to both commercial and retail customers. The available 6.7L Power Stroke diesel V8 delivers up to 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of torque, while the 6.8L and 7.3L gas engines offer power and value across various trims.

When properly equipped, the 2025 Super Duty achieves a maximum towing capacity of 40,000 lbs and a best-in-class payload of 8,000 lbs—making it the ultimate workhorse for demanding industries like mining, utilities, and emergency response, where Ford dominates with over 50% market share.

Enhanced Customer Experience

In addition to its technical upgrades, Ford is elevating the Super Duty ownership experience. Buyers of the Platinum Plus Package receive a personalized gift and access to exclusive benefits like automatic Blue Tier status in the FordPass Rewards program and discounts on Ford accessories.

As Ford continues to assemble these trucks with pride in the U.S. at its Kentucky Truck and Ohio Assembly plants, the 2025 Super Duty cements the F-Series’ 47-year reign as the best-selling truck line in America.
