In a landmark move towards sustainable living, Chargie, a renowned provider of electric vehicle (EV) charging solutions, has successfully deployed 96 EV charging stations at The Riviera, a multifamily property developed by Ginder Development Corporation. Situated in the heart of Tulare, this ambitious project represents a significant step towards fostering a greener, more eco-conscious community.

The Riviera, boasting 168 units and 306 parking spaces, now stands as a beacon of modernity and sustainability with its state-of-the-art level 2 EV chargers, catering to the needs of residents and visitors alike.

A key highlight of this deployment is its funding source. Thanks to Southern California Edison’s Charge Ready program, all 96 chargers at The Riviera were fully funded, marking a monumental achievement in the realm of EV infrastructure development. Charge Ready, recognized as the largest utility-led electric vehicle charging program in the nation, aims to revolutionize EV charging solutions for multifamily, public sector, and commercial properties.

The infrastructure deployed at The Riviera boasts a networked design, allowing Chargie to monitor station availability, diagnose issues promptly, troubleshoot remotely, and more. Furthermore, the scalability of the EV charging infrastructure underscores its adaptability to meet the burgeoning demand for electric vehicles, ensuring that The Riviera remains at the forefront of sustainable living initiatives.
