Hero MotoCorp has made significant progress in the electric mobility sector. In 2022, the company entered the electric vehicle market with its Vida range of electric scooters. Currently, Hero offers two models under the Vida sub-brand, the V1 Plus and V1 Pro. Expanding on its initial success, Hero MotoCorp is now preparing to launch a new electric scooter, as evidenced by a recent patent application.
The latest patent filed by Hero MotoCorp suggests a larger and more affordable electric scooter compared to the existing V1 Plus and V1 Pro models. The design of this upcoming scooter takes a modern approach, featuring a broad and slightly inclined seat, a flat footboard, and a foldable hook for added convenience.
Clean side panels contribute to its sleek appearance, while the front apron hosts a unique V-shaped headlamp cluster and LED winkers, enhancing both visibility and style. One notable feature of the new Hero Vida e-scooter is its family-friendly design, with a split saddle design and a single-piece rear grab handle indicating a focus on comfort and practicality, catering to a broader range of riders, including families.
By expanding its Vida electric scooter lineup, Hero MotoCorp aims to strengthen its position in the electric two-wheeler market.
