Revfin will provide financing for 2-wheelers in fleet operations and 3-wheelers in cargo and passenger transportation. SUN Mobility aims to deploy nearly 100,000 vehicles under the BaaS model over the next two years. Revfin utilizes advanced AI tools enabling customers to determine their loan eligibility within 16 minutes. Financing for fleet transactions can be disbursed within 24 hours post-documentation completion, ensuring seamless financing for SUN Mobility’s customers, including those lacking a conventional credit history. Revfin’s AI tools will assess customers’ repayment capabilities and intentions through online presence data, psychometric tests, and gamification.

Citroën Partners with BluSmart Mobility to Expand India’s Electric Fleet with 4,000 ë-C3 Units, Driving Sustainable Transportation Growth

French automaker Citroën has forged a partnership with BluSmart Mobility, India’s leading electric mobility service provider, to bolster the latter’s all-electric fleet expansion. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) has been signed between Citroën and BluSmart Mobility, securing the supply of 4,000 ë-C3 units. This strategic move aligns perfectly with the growing consumer preference for sustainable transportation alternatives. In the initial phase, 125 Citroën ë-C3 vehicles were inaugurated at BluSmart’s EV charging superhub in Bengaluru. The new Citroën ë-C3, an all-electric compact SUV, will augment BluSmart’s existing fleet of over 7,000 EVs. Offering an impressive range of 320 kilometers as per ARAI standards, the ë-C3 features cutting-edge fast-charging technology capable of achieving a full charge in under an hour.

CESL Issues Tender For Procurement Of 3,132 Electric Buses Under PM-eBus Sewa Initiative

Convergence Energy Services Limited (CESL) has issued a call for proposals to select an operator for the procurement, supply, operation, and maintenance of 3,132 electric buses as well as the development of associated civil and electric infrastructure under the Pradhan Mantri eBus Sewa initiative on Gross Cost Contract model. The deadline for bid submissions is April 25, 2024, with bids to be opened on the same day. Prospective bidders are required to pay a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 25,000. The tender is categorized into two packages: Package-1 encompasses 9-meter and 12-meter-long buses, while Package-2 focuses on 7-meter-long buses.

The Delhi Cabinet has approved an extension of the Electric Vehicle (EV) policy until June of this year, ensuring the continuation of current incentives and subsidies.
