RIVOT Motors has introduced the NX100 electric scooter with a range of innovative features. The new electric scooter is available in five variants and starts at a price of Rs 89,000 (ex-showroom). RIVOT claims that the NX100 is entirely manufactured in India at its Belagavi, Karnataka plant.
The scooter’s official range is stated to be 500 km for the top-of-the-line Offlander variant, and it recently set a new record by covering 545 km on a single charge from Belagavi to Bengaluru. However, the base range starts at 100 km and can be extended up to over 500 km, with a real-life range of up to 280 km.
The NX100 comes with safety features like rideCam, comfortKey, Lady Foot Rest, rollProtect, Cruise Control, and TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System). It has a top speed of 100 kmph and is equipped with a 5760 Wh battery pack.
