BLive, an electric vehicle retailer based in Bengaluru, will use electric kick scooters to deliver food at Mumbai and Delhi international airports.
To provide EV solutions to over 30k passengers daily, the company has partnered with Lite Bite Foods and Devyani International.
The multi-brand EV platform will be expanded to more than 655 DIL outlets and 150+ LBF outlets in the second phase of the partnership. This will allow India to achieve 100% e-mobility adoption.
Samarth Kholkar (CEO & Co-Founder) of BLive stated, “We have always tried to find innovative solutions for the existing challenges with electric mobility. There is a huge demand for electric vehicles to be delivered. Mumbai airport is the world’s busiest and most important international airport.”
He said that they were experiencing difficulties due to increased customer demand and an increase in passenger footfall. Electric scooters helped them address their problems in timely food delivery and supported them in their transition into clean mobility.
Kholkar believes such meaningful collaborations can help achieve business goals and align organizations with larger sustainability goals.
