KICK EV With AUTO i CARE Plans To Install 6,000 EV Charging And Service Stations By March 2024 In India

KICK-EV, an electric two-wheeler manufacturer, and provider of roadside assistance, AUTO i CARE, plan to install over 6,000 electric vehicle charging stations and service stations in a gradual manner throughout the country by March 2024.

KICK-EV, the e-scooter brand by AUTO i Care, is installing more than 6,000 charging stations and service stations in India’s first phase. There will be around 1,000 stations installed across Goa, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. Maharashtra will receive the most number of these facilities.

“With this plan, we cover the entire Indian highways with semipublic EV charging stations and service stations. The main locations are not only highways but also large urban centers, rural areas bordering highways, airports, and residential & commercial complexes. These will all be located near major traffic routes,” said Sagar Joshi (Founder and CEO, AUTO i CARE, and KICK-EV).
