e-Rise EV is a Rohtak-based electric two-wheeler OEM. Ipower Batteries Pvt Ltd has partnered with them to set up a first-of-its-kind EV battery service center in their stores. This partnership is intended to address issues related to Lithium Ion batteries used in various EV OEMs. Ipower will train the service personnel of e-Rise EV in the handling of Li-Ion batteries. Ipower and e-Rise EV are both committed to making the EV ecosystem secure.
Ipower has offered to train e-Rise EV staff in handling EV battery-related issues pertaining to the OEM. Both companies are committed to making EV a smooth transition for everyone and instilling confidence in the customer. This will also include battery swapping, basic maintenance, and battery supply chain management. The model will soon be replicated in all e-Rise EV stores and across its network.
E-Rise EV with Ipower Battery have committed to ensuring a safe ecosystem for customers and other stakeholders, in order to instill confidence in EVs. This is a crucial step, as knowledge sharing is key to innovation and growth in the EV sector. This will reduce the time it takes to replace critical parts, and help customers understand how to maintain and repair their batteries in the long term.
