RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd announced that it had completed the acquisition process of Revolt Motors, which is involved in manufacturing electric vehicles.
The company stated in a statement that Revolt Motors is now a 100% subsidiary of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd.
Revolt Motors has the largest-selling electric bike in India, with its Manesar (Haryana) manufacturing plant. With 30 dealers spread throughout the country, the EV manufacturer has increased its presence in India.
The RV400, the flagship model, has seen strong demand. It is also the most technologically advanced bike in its class. RattanIndia Enterprises hopes to increase Revolt’s growth, making it the largest EV-two-wheeler company in India, RattanIndia Enterprises stated.
Anjali Rattan (Business Chairperson) of RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd. stated, “The country requires environmentally sustainable mobility solutions. Revolt will certainly be a leader in this transformation. Revolt bikes are powered by 3.24 kWh lithium-ion batteries. The batteries last for 4 hours and can reach speeds up to 85 km/hr. They have a range of 150km with a single charge.
RattanIndia Enterprises didn’t disclose financial details about the deal.
