Hinduja Group, a transnational conglomerate, announced that it would invest in the cyber sector and electric bus manufacturing in Kerala.
The Group’s co-chairman, Gopichand Hinduja gave assurances regarding the investment during a meeting with Pinarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister of Kerala.
Gopichand Hinduja will visit Kerala at December-end as part of this process for further discussions. It said that before this, a three-member group of the company would meet with officials in Kerala.
The statement stated that Ashok Leyland, a multinational automotive manufacturer and a Hinduja Group will send a team to the State to assist Vijayan in setting up a factory in Kerala.
It stated that the team would visit the State to suggest the best location for the factory.
