EKA Mobility With goEgoNetwork To Set Up EV Charging Infrastructure

EKA Mobility, a company that makes electric vehicles and other technology, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with goEgoNetwork to set up an electric vehicle charging station.

The partners will work together to provide a high-quality EV charging infrastructure for their customers and advanced charging stations through this partnership.

According to the agreement, goEgoNetwork is now the official provider of electric charging solutions for EKA’s nine-meter buses. It will set up ARAI/OCPP certified stations at 30kW, 60kW and 120kW for institutional customers throughout the country.

Our collaboration with goEgoNetwork ensures a fast-charging network for institutional customers of our 9-meter e-buses across the nation.”

Rishi Bagla, Director, goEgoNetwork, said, “Our passenger EV charging network has been growing quickly. Our recent tie-up with EKA Mobility is a testimony to the fact that our charging solutions are universal and can be used by all types and sizes of EVs currently available in the market.”

EKA’s electric bus, measuring 9 meters in length, provides reliable and profitable public transportation services for customers.

The partners claim that their products are entirely designed and manufactured in India. They recently received the Central Motor Vehicle Rules certification (CMVR) from ARAI and will soon be deployed on the roads. EKA’s electric bus can carry 31 passengers, a driver and has a standing capacity. It is capable of travelling 200 kilometres on one charge.
