Hero Lectro, the electric cycle arm of Hero Cycles has launched three new models to its existing C Series and F Series. Prices range from Rs. 32,999 to Rs. 38,999. They are made from an aluminium alloy frame and have a 5.8 Ah Lithium-ion battery that can provide up to 30km range.

The C1 and C5x entry-level models from the C Series and the F1 from F Series are the new models. The C1 and F1 have the battery integrated into the frame, while the C5x has a removable battery. Each e-cycle can be outfitted with different wheel sizes, an LED headlight, and an RFID-based lock. The rear wheel hub houses a 250W BLDC motor that can travel up to 30km on electric alone. It is paired with a 5.8 Ah Lithium-ion battery pack, which can be charged in 3-4 hours.
